Home Hospitalization

Home Hospitalization (HDF) offers a safe and effective alternative to traditional hospitalization, in line with European standards for Home Hospitalization (HAD), all within the comfort of the patients' own homes.

The multidisciplinary team at HDF consists of doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals. Together, they work closely to ensure personalized care, deliver optimal outcomes, and maintain continuity of treatment at home.

HDF offers three specialized care units:

  1. Home Support Unit: This unit focuses on comprehensive support for patients suffering from serious or chronic illnesses. Supportive care addresses the psycho-social and medical needs of patients, providing essential support to their loved ones during this challenging time.
  2. Medical-Technical Care Unit: This unit provides medical-technical care (administration of treatments, dressing changes, blood sampling, etc.). These services help ensure continuity of care while reducing the length of patients' hospital stays.
  3. Respiratory Assistance Unit: Through close collaboration between pulmonologists and respiratory therapists, this unit offers specialized medical-technical assistance to patients with respiratory conditions, ensuring rigorous and personalized follow-up care.
