As part of its commitment to optimal patient care, the Otorhinolaryngology Department at Hôtel-Dieu de France organized a scientific day on the theme of “Tracheotomy 360° - Promoting multidisciplinary excellence”.

The meeting brought together specialists from a variety of medical fields, who addressed several aspects of tracheostomy through in-depth presentations:

• anesthesia and preoperative preparation
• Surgical techniques
• Invasive ventilation strategies
• Prevention and management of complications
• Post-operative follow-up and rehabilitation

In closing, an interactive round table enabled participants to exchange best practices and innovations.
