On the occasion of the World AIDS Day, celebrated every year on December 1st, the Department of Infectious Diseases organized an awareness campaign within our hospital. This initiative was led by dedicated healthcare professionals.
As part of this campaign, a questionnaire was distributed to the public to measure their self-assessment of their involvement in addressing this global public health issue. This allowed us to gather valuable information about awareness and engagement within our community.
Our visitors also had the opportunity to learn more about this virus. Experts were present to answer their questions and provide essential information on HIV prevention, screening, and treatment.
Furthermore, we provided free rapid HIV screening tests to the public. This endeavor aimed to encourage everyone to take care of their health and promote the fight against AIDS.
Together, united against AIDS, we are committed to continuing our efforts in awareness and prevention to combat this disease and support those affected by it.
